How Kaephor handles what you send us on WhatsApp and through this website. Last updated 26 September 2026.
Who we are

What we collect
On WhatsApp: your number, the name on your WhatsApp profile, the messages and files you send us (for example a photo of your price list), and what you tell us about your business. Through this website: what you type into the contact form, which opens your own email app addressed to us, and your language choice, kept in your own browser.
Why we use it
To answer you, recommend a plan, set up a demo of your front desk, and follow up on what you asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Our WhatsApp assistant is AI
Messages to our WhatsApp may be answered by our AI assistant. It says so in its first reply, and a person at Kaephor can read the conversation and step in at any time.
Who processes it, and where
Conversation records are stored in the European Union. WhatsApp messages pass through Meta. Replies from our assistant are written with Anthropic’s Claude models. The website is hosted by Vercel, and fonts load from Google Fonts. Each provides its service to us under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Twelve months after your last message, then we delete it. A demo front desk built from your price list stops working after 7 days.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it: write “delete my data” on WhatsApp or email juma@kaephor.com. We answer within 30 days.
Cookies and storage
Priced pages set a session cookie with your country so prices show in the right currency. Your language choice is kept in your browser. Private pages set a cookie once you enter their access code. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
Changes
When this notice changes we update the date at the top of this page.
